EMI is a drag queen, host and DJ from Berlin. On stage she combines sharp host energy with theatre. Her drag aesthetic draws on striking, glittering showgirl looks as well as latex and leather.

EMI's stage work is clearly shaped by theatre: she has a precise sense of timing, responds to her audience with assurance and combines hosting with improvisation. In her own numbers she builds narratives between glamour, theatre and showgirl aesthetics. Behind the scenes she is responsible for concepts, scripts and the coordination of productions.
